For example, there are many employees using personal cars in the organization. Almost all managers and supervisors are using company vehicles instead of carpooling to save energy. The company has also many old machines and computers that use a lot of energy. Indeed, this is one of the avenues through which people can conserve the environment as well as ensure proper use of available energy use. Besides, the company creates and innovate products that are energy efficient and easy to use. For instance, the company is able to engage different teams through sporting activities and tree planting. The company has various training and coaching activities that are aimed at creating awareness for energy saving techniques. Research needs to be done to generate progressive and practical recommendations that would foster energy conservation here. It is an irony th at the firm which is in the natural resource sector and should be privy to many types of research concerning energy costs and availability but use is involved in wastage. The solution to the above situation can be implementing an energy saving plan that will cause little usage of energy.
